Annette Monson and Bud Powell: A Colluding Business Partnership to Promote and Profit Off of False Allegations
I have been contacted by multiple people who have experienced corruption by Utah CPS / DCFS and particularly caseworker Annette Monson, who gets these cases started often times based on easily provable lies, that Annette Monson herself helps to enable and create!

And one common factor in many of these sloppy cases involving
Utah CPS caseworker Annette Monson, is that Annette Monson frequently
teams up with Utah attorney Bud Powell (Bar #12629), who acts as a Guardian ad Litem
(GAL) in these cases.
On our case, I did not know what a Guardian ad Litem was. I did not know what a court petition was either. I did not know what was going on early on. And the majority of people who find themselves being terrorized by CPS also do not know what is going on in the beginning, as far as how the whole legal system works. And thus innocent people get taken unfair advantage of by corrupt snakes within the legal system to prey on people's lack of experience or knowledge on how the legal system is setup against them from the start.
The Guardian ad Litem, or GAL for short, are attorneys who are supposed to be the independent voice of the child or individual. The role and power a Guardian ad Litem brandishes changed and expanded greatly over the years. In the past, the role of the GAL was very limited. Now the GAL wields immeasurable power and influence, especially in the corrupt and unconstitutional so-called 'family law' legal system. Judges are instructed and trained to follow the recommendations or advice of the GAL, no matter how absurd.
How can a GAL represent a child and be their independent voice when the GAL does not even know the child?
How can a GAL know a child better than the child's own parents?
How can a GAL attorney know a child better than their own father and mother, who created them, carried them in their womb for 9 months, gave birth to their child and taught and raised them over the years?
It's wrong for a judge to dismiss or disregard the words of parent and listen to the Guardian ad Litem instead over the child's actual parents.
As I have learned, in many cases the Guardian ad Litem does not care much of anything for the child. The goal of the GAL is to do whatever it takes to prolong the court case to go on for as long as possible in order to create more business and money for themselves at the expense of the child's best interests and welfare.
And
it's wrong for the state to act like they own your child and your
family by inserting this GAL to misrepresent the best interests of the
child and the parents. It's a form of grooming when the GAL
misrepresents the facts and twists the truth.
As one relatively well-known example, an honorable man and good Christian father, named Adam Steed, who was involved in a traumatic and corrupt family law court case in Utah's Fourth District was court-ordered to attend therapy by then court-appointed therapist, Jodi Hildebrandt.
Jodi Hildebrandt is a narcissist, psychopath and convicted child abuser.
There were red flags for years before Jodi Hildebrandt was convicted that she was very dangerous. Similar to the red flags of the false accuser, narcissist, stalker and psychopath, Susan Manning.

But Jodi Hildebrandt was a "trusted" therapist by the corrupt Utah courts and legal system. And this is how these courts often times are the perpetrators of abuse by enabling and emboldening child abusers like Jodi Hildebrandt with the backing and support of the court system to abuse without consequence and without being held accountable, while simultaneously going after and demonizing good Christian parents and families.
Adam Steed reported to the court in his case about the unethical things that Jodi Hildebrandt was doing in her so-called "therapy".
But the Guardian ad Litem in Adam Steed's case demonized Adam Steed to the court, saying that Steed was trying to get revenge against Jodi Hildebrandt. No, Adam Steed was identifying and warning others of the abuse Jodi Hildebrandt was perpetrating. But the GAL in Steed's case gives the judge wrong information which the judge follows and punishes Adam Steed for doing what is right.
So then this also creates a problem, as many people are afraid to speak out and bring things to the attention of the court for fear of retaliation by the court against those telling the truth.
Then the court system acts all surprised, when Jodi Hildebrandt is proven and convicted to be a child abuser, yet the court system enabled, embolden and perpetrated Jodi Hildebrandt's abuse of others for years before.
The court system does nothing to hold itself accountable and right the wrongs that it did to Adam Steed and his family.
The Utah Court System created Jodi Hildebrandt.
Do you see how this actually works now?
Then you see duped people advocating to give CPS more power, more money, more resources when in actuality, CPS already has unlimited power, money, resources, they don't need more, they need to be ABOLISHED.
The solution is to follow the proper role of gov't which is to respect the God-given individual rights of Life, Liberty, Property and Privacy, NOT infringe on those rights. Protection of rights leads to safety and security for everyone. Infringing on those rights under the false justification of protecting against abuse leads to the complete opposite of safety and security which is TYRANNY. And tyranny is abuse. CPS and the satanic legal system creates abuse and are the abusers.
Every day more and more honorable individuals are exposing how corrupt, wrong and inappropriate the office of the Guardian ad Litem is across America and there is more momentum than ever before to either reform the office or role of the GAL or abolish the office entirely.
The Majority of CPS Cases Nationwide are Based on FALSE Allegations:
On a side note, before I go on, to demonstrate that not only does Annette Monson often times start cases based off of lies by a false accuser, or by Annette Monson herself, or both, is that the majority of child abuse allegations made to CPS or by zealous dishonest caseworkers are FALSE.Repeat: The majority of CPS cases are determined to be based on false allegations. And when I say the majority, I'm talking one report saying 83.3% are false. And another report done by CPS / DCFS's own agencies say about 88% are false. I tried to upload some PDF files of these reports done by CPS agencies but this webpage doesn't allow for PDF files to be uploaded for the reader to be able to download. However, if you do some searches in various search engines with some good keywords you should be able to find these reports.

Lies of Bud Powell and Annette Monson:
In our case, we had a vulnerable 16-year-old who was being groomed by Susan Manning, who lied about everything. See, "Beware of Susan Manning: A Warning to Other Parents and Families"At the very first hearing, there was this strange looking bald guy who looked like he was up to no good and his buddy, CPS caseworker Annette Monson. Little did we know what they had planned in store for us. That strange looking bald guy was Bud Powell.
At that short initial hearing that was held remotely over the computer, the judge, Brody Keisel, said he wanted to order a mediation. But Bud Powell inexplicably called for a "shelter hearing", which we had no idea what in the world a shelter hearing was.
Our attorney was not present at the hearing because it was scheduled at a time he could not attend as he was on an airplane. So my attorney told me to tell the judge that we were without counsel and to schedule the hearing at a time our attorney would be able to attend as this was simply supposed to be a scheduling hearing anyways.
Bud Powell tried to railroad us during that hearing without us having our attorney there.
I told our attorney what happened and he couldn't believe that Bud Powell was trying to get the judge to go along with a shelter hearing.
We had our 16-year-old vulnerable teenager, who was being groomed by Susan Manning, move out of our house and go live with her paternal grandparents because this vulnerable teenager was making up stories to please her groomer, lying and being a flying monkey for Susan Manning.
Before any hearings took place, Bud Powell had submitted a petition to the court, stating in writing, that the vulnerable 16-year-old was in danger, without any evidence, for living in our home with us.
Bud Powell was unaware that we had moved the 16-year-old out to live with her grandparents before Bud Powell's petition ever existed.
Then at the first hearing, when our attorney was able to attend, Bud Powell had found out that our teenager was living with her grandparents. So now he changed his story and said our teenager was in danger, without any evidence, because she had been moved out of our house and was now living with her paternal grandparents.
So on Bud Powell's false petition, IN WRITING, he is telling the court the teenage girl is in danger for living in our house with her mother, step-father and siblings. Now at the court hearing, Bud Powell is claiming ORALLY that the teenager is in danger because she is not living with us and is with her paternal grandparents.
So it doesn't matter what we do. We're bad if we have our teenage daughter living at home. We're bad if we have our teenage daughter move out and live with her paternal grandparents. It's the Twilight Zone.
Then at the shelter hearing, this is when Bud Powell is going to attempt to have the court remove our teenager out of our custody without any evidence.
At the start of the hearing, Bud Powell straight up lies to the judge and now claims this shelter hearing is not only for the 16-year-old, but now it is also for our little children too. Bud Powell is now trying to get all of our children removed from our custody, without any actual evidence.
We can't even begin to describe how traumatizing this is. And no one can know or understand how bad it is until it happens to them.
However the emails during the week between Bud Powell and our attorney clearly shows that this shelter hearing (that shouldn't even be happening) is only for the 16-year-old and no one else.
So our attorney informs the judge that Bud Powell is not being honest and offers the judge to look at the emails to prove in writing what Bud Powell said in his own words. The judge then gets upset at our attorney for pointing out Bud Powell is not being honest. And the judge declines to look at the emails which contain the actual proof of Bud Powell's dishonesty.
Insane.
The hearing is only scheduled for 1 hour. And 20 minutes are already gone for waiting for everyone to show up and for our attorney to point out that Bud Powell is lying. Then another 5 minutes go by. Now there is only about 35 minutes left and we haven't started yet. Then Bud Powell and Annette Monson take up the remaining 35 minutes making knowingly false statements and providing false testimony, in an attempt to take up the entire time so we won't have time to speak to combat all their lies.
Bud Powell reads off of a paper saying what Annette Monson is testifying to by proffer (pre-written testimony on a paper) while Annette Monson nods her head as Bud Powell reads her false statements. And Bud Powell repeats Annette Monson's pre-written statements and rephrases her statements in his own words. So there is only about 15-18 minutes of lying but the lies are repeated twice, once by Annette Monson and once by Bud Powell to turn that 15 minutes into 30+ minutes. We know what they are trying to do. They are trying to take up the entire time so we won't have time to speak.
After the one hour, the hearing was coming to an end, so our attorney asked the judge to extend the time to give us an opportunity to speak. Luckily the judge agreed to extend the hearing out another hour.
During that first hour, Bud Powell completely fabricates a statement that he claims he heard the step-father say. Bud Powell lies and says the step-father said quote, "step-children are second class citizens"!
Totally made up statement, 100% fabricated by Bud Powell!
Bud Powell and Annette Monson also both demonized us for homeschooling.
Then we come to find out Bud Powell himself homeschools! His wife uses "The Good and the Beautiful" homeschool curriculum just like us, yet we are portrayed as criminals for homeschooling since Bud Powell and Annette Monson both falsely claim that isolates our children. Nevermind that our 16-year-old goes to work at a job, goes to church, church activities, goes to her friend's house almost 7 days a week, goes to the gym with her older sister and other friends and so forth.
And Annette Monson in this hearing, regurgitates all of the lies of Susan Manning as if they are gospel fact. Yet in the video posted above at the start of this article, entitled "Mini-Doc: Corrupt CPS Caseworker Annette Monson, Groomer Susan Manning - Secrets and Lies Exposed", there are some clips of Monson's under oath testimony over a year later AFTER our innocence has been proven.
Now all of the sudden, over a year later (see video clip above), Annette Monson is trying to cover up her dishonesty because she is now testifying under oath by giving completely contradictory testimony as she did previously. Now, over a year later, Annette Monson now claims Susan Manning NOT to be credible and acts like she knew Susan Manning was being dishonest since the beginning.
Nice try.
And the truth is Annette Monson did know Susan Manning was NOT credible since the beginning but Annette Monson did NOT care because Annette Monson created a false narrative and the lies of Susan Manning propped up Monson's false narrative. Monson only cares over a year later at the new hearing because at this point she is just trying to cover up for her own dishonesty. Annette Monson at this new hearing over a year later, --that we called for so that we could confront Annette Monson on the witness stand with the new discovery evidence we had obtained of Annette Monson's unethical / criminal behavior--, is now trying to put all of the blame on Susan Manning instead of admitting that Annette Monson herself is to blame for going along with the easily provable lies of Susan Manning. Annette Monson went along with Susan Manning's lies by failing to do any actual detective work, by failing to apply any scrutiny to Susan Manning's lies to see if her claims held up under scrutinization, by failing to look at actual evidence, by relying solely on non-credible hearsay (lies), by imagining a false narrative in her head and ignoring any actual evidence that would debunk or destroy her fabricated narrative, by making "assumptions" and by "imagining" things, as Annette Monson told us on the phone when we called to complain directly to her over her unethical behavior in a 12-minute, 14 second phone call.
Annette Monson responded to our 12-minute 14 second phone call complaint saying twice, "I GUESS I MADE ASSUMPTIONS". Then saying once, "I IMAGINED" there might be evidence. ("I" is referring to herself, Annette Monson.)
Bud Powell and Annette Monson also falsely claim at the shelter hearing that the 16-year-old is suicidal and they reference a suicide screener worksheet that the 16-year-old filled out with Annette Monson standing right beside her. We were not given a copy of that screener before this hearing. And we were not given other falsified material that they were trying to use as evidence during this hearing either. That is illegal to not provide to the defense the exhibits you are trying to falsely claim as evidence.
Months later when we finally get the suicide screener worksheet (shown below) at the bottom there is a handwritten note by Annette Monson herself which reads, "She said when she was in the bathtub she thought of drowning herself."

This 16-year-old repeatedly told us how much she hates baths because she considers them to be dirty. She NEVER takes baths ever. Only one bathroom had a bathtub. The bathroom she used next to her bedroom only had a shower. No bathtub. She never took any baths in the other bathroom that had the bathtub. She only took showers in her bathroom next to her bedroom.
And just like Elon Musk said about his son, who the so-called "professionals" wanted to gender-mutilate, that to scare or manipulate the courts to approve of things that are not in the child's best interest or welfare, you simply have to play the suicide card. All these evil people do is falsely claim that the teenager is suicidal in order to induce the judge to make the ruling they want that is not in the best interest of the child but which is in the best interest of those who seek to profit and gain from these lies.
Also Dr. Simone Gold M.D., J.D. who is the founder and president of America's Frontline Doctors said the following in her newsletter: "Manipulation Disguised as Care: Families are coerced with fear tactics. Parents are told, "If you don't allow this, your child will take their own life." This emotional blackmail pressures parents (or a court judge with no backbone) into consenting to procedures they don't fully understand, with consequences their children cannot possibly grasp. Informed consent has become a tragic farce."
Our teenager was never suicidal. And 16-year-olds are also at the age that they know how to lie. They are young adults. Young adults know how to lie.
We also have text messages of the vulnerable 16-year-old being coached how to lie and talking about so-called advice found on TikTok videos by other woke teenagers on how to lie. And also videos on TikTok instructing teenagers to call CPS when you don't like something your parent does such as when a parent says, "no" to something the teenager wants.
And see some of the sample teenager text messages on this webpage HERE. These messages also show the teenagers are stressed out because of what Susan Manning is doing to them, because of Susan Manning grooming them and pressuring them.
And we also know our teenager was NOT suicidal because we talked to our teenagers about suicide, not because we ever thought they were suicidal, but just because we wanted to just make sure we kept the communication lines open since this world is crazier than ever with the huge amounts of propaganda poured out into the minds of teenagers. And our 16-year-old always confidently would respond that she would never become suicidal.
And we were not able to contest the whole suicide false narrative at this hearing because we were never provided a copy of the worksheet with the handwritten note by Annette Monson. We didn't see that Annette Monson wrote that note until months later as her note was not mentioned during the hearing.
Bud Powell and Annette Monson just try to scare the judge by playing the suicide card.
Then Bud Powell, when asking me questions, invented or fabricated things I never said and claims to the court I said them without providing any evidence. He kept trying to trick me to agree I said something that I never said.
In fact one of his trick questions blew up in his face because I simply responded with the truth by providing additional new information that he did not know and which proved the allegation he was asking about to be FALSE. Bud Powell was caught off guard as his body language and stuttering showed he was now processing and coming to terms with the fact that this new information just blew the roof off his scheme. Bud Powell didn't know where to go with his next question since this allegation was now proven to be FALSE, then all the allegations must also be FALSE since the accuser was now proven to be making up stories in order to please her groomer, Susan Manning. Bud Powell decided just to reply with a snarky comment saying it was a pity I didn't provide this information earlier.
I then asked Bud Powell if he would like me to continue to provide more information that he didn't know.
Bud Powell declined and the judge Brody Keisel also jumped in saying I didn't need to provide any additional information. Translation: The court didn't want me to provide more information proving this whole unconstitutional so-called "family law" system that was thrown at us is a sham.
As singer Michael Jackson sings in his song, "SCREAM", "As jacked as it sounds the whole system sucks."
Therefore, none of Bud Powell's trick questions worked.
You could feel the energy in the hearing completely shift as each person in attendance began to realize we were falsely accused.
As I said at the start of this article, I have been contacted by multiple people who have also experienced the corruption of CPS, Utah CPS caseworker Annette Monson and the abusive legal system. And one of the common themes in the Annette Monson cases from our experience and from the people that have contacted me, is Bud Powell routinely is the state-appointed Guardian ad Litem. I believe this is not a coincidence as Annette Monson and Bud Powell both lie and cover for each other.
Lies Run Sprints, But the Truth Runs Marathons:
ALL Charges and ALL Allegations Were DISMISSED with PREJUDICE.Our attorney told Bud Powell after everything was over that he can never believe anything Bud Powell ever represents to him ever again. Because as our attorney said to Bud Powell, "Everything you (B.P.) have represented to me has turned out to be false."
And we found out Bud Powell is or at least was the Elder's Quorum president in his church congregation, which is an influential church calling. We cannot believe that someone who makes a career over knowingly lying could then show up to church on Sunday and teach others things like, "Thou Shalt Not Bear False Witness", while he is simultaneously doing the very things that he is "teaching" others not to do.
The Word Destroys Their Craft:
We know that the word destroys their satanic craft.Because the word is the word of God or our testimonies which is also the word of God revealed to our hearts and minds.
When we open our mouths and speak the truth it's like pouring water on the wicked witch.
That is why Satan hates Free Speech and seeks to censor our voices. Because our testimonies destroy him and his false power.
When we exercise Free Speech and share our testimonies, we expose the powers of darkness to the LIGHT of Truth and Liberty, which always Triumphs in the end!

Susan Manning Lied About Everything:
("Beware of Susan Manning: A Warning to Other Parents and Families")
As the above video pointed out, CPS Supervisor, Dave Stevens, called the falsely accused on the phone on June 10, 2023 and said that after conducting his investigation that the following was now clear:1. Susan Manning "lied about everything." Dave Stevens said there wasn't even any half-truths mixed in with lies but that it was all lies. He said that "there wasn't even a sliver of truth."
2. CPS made mistakes.
3. Changes need to be made at CPS.
4. CPS caseworker Annette Monson got seduced by Susan Manning's lies.
And Dave Stevens said to the falsely accused that CPS / DCFS “definitely made mistakes” and that “changes are going to be made” and that the problem is not just CPS but it is systemic, meaning the police, lawyers, judges, district attorneys making mistakes and not doing what is right, that is the problem too.
Dave Stevens said these are the following changes that CPS / DCFS needs to make:
1. NO MORE TRESPASSING into people's homes.

2. CPS needs to review / verify evidence, NOT make anymore assumptions.
3. Be careful of collateral information from all sources.

Annette Monson made false statements on her CPS reports.
Annette Monson made assumptions and treated assumptions falsely as evidence. Monson even admitted on the phone twice that she "made assumptions" when the falsely accused called her in a 12 minute 14 second phone call to complain to her after their innocence was proven. And Monson also said she "imagined" false evidence that never existed but she hoped might exist.
Annette Monson responded to their complaint saying, "I GUESS I MADE ASSUMPTIONS". Followed by, "I IMAGINED" there might be evidence. ("I" is referring to herself, Annette Monson.)
So based off of Monson's "assumptions" and "imagination", she thought it was a good idea to make false statements ie: lie to the court in her petition, reports and testimony, lie to all involved, and go full-force after innocent parents, based on the easily provable lies of another, ie: Susan Manning, who also made assumptions and ran wild with her imagination as well.
Annette Monson failed to review / verify any actual EVIDENCE.
Annette Monson was NOT careful with collateral information from NON-CREDIBLE Susan Manning.
Annette Monson even testified under oath over a year later, once the dust settled, that Susan Manning was later discovered to NOT be credible after more evidence came out, such as text messages and other documentation. CPS / Satanic "Legal" System Attacks Christians and / or Religious Families:
CPS and the "legal" system, which corrupt attorney Bud Powell represents, especially goes after Christians, religious families, families who
Homeschool, those who are critical of Big Pharma and the
pharmaceutical-industrial complex, Constitutionalists, people who are
critical of tyrannical gov't, and those who stand up for their God-given
rights of Life, Liberty, Property and Privacy and generally cannot be
controlled or refuse to go along with tyranny.
CPS (Child "Protective" Services) aka Child Predatory Services and scum like Bud Powell collude together and together they are an
anti-Christian, anti-Parents, anti-Family, anti-Children, anti-Law,
Unconstitutional Secret Combination that needs to be destroyed.
There is no reason for CPS to even exist. The proper role of gov't is only to protect our God-given rights of Life, Liberty, Property and Privacy. Nothing else. If a crime is being committed, just contact law enforcement. CPS is there to data-mine, harass and terrorize good parents and families under the guise of doing something good. But just think off the top of your head how many times there was an actual crime being committed and it was the police or the sheriff's department that was contacted and looked into it, NOT CPS. There is no need for CPS other than to pathetically attempt to undermine God.
Contrary
to the false narrative that CPS spins, CPS actually enables actual
criminals and psychopaths to abuse, while going after good parents and
families by terrorizing, harassing and gaslighting them.
