Then you have my direct personal experience with corrupt Utah CPS caseworker, Annette Monson who also fakes making a phone call when confronted by me with basic questions such as the following questions:

Question 1. How were they able to obtain a search warrant when there was NO evidence or probable cause of any crime?

Question 2. What evidence or probable cause (lies) did they present to a judge in order get a court order to kidnap my little children to interrogate them?

Question 3. Why do they get to interrogate my kids without us having an attorney present?

Question 4. What are the allegations against us?

And of course, as it turned out, the Ephraim, Utah police and CPS LIED to the judge in an attempt to scare the judge into agreeing into a search warrant and court order by falsely claiming I was a convicted felon on felony probation or parole when I have ZERO criminal history.

I contacted the Utah Sixth District Court and asked for the court to release the documents to me surrounding this issue and the documents revealed that the judge said the reason why they approved of the search warrant and to remove my little children to interrogate them was because the police officer told the judge that I was a convicted felon on felony probation or parole, which turned out to be 100% FALSE.

And what would it even have mattered if I was a felon (which I am not)? What would someone previously being a felon on some entirely different resolved issue even matter? How would being a felon on something different be "evidence" on an entirely different situation? But the craziest thing is that I was NOT and never was a felon anyway!

There was ZERO credible probable cause presented to the judge. What was presented was a pathetic lie in order to obtain a search warrant based on a lie and to obtain a court order to interrogate my kids based on an easily provable lie.

When you watch the below video you'll hear me ask Annette Monson, "Based on what evidence?" to which she replies with a bogus non-answer.

I knew that they had to have lied to the judge because they couldn't even tell me what the allegations were against me and my wife. When we asked what the allegations were, Annette Monson would only say they needed to talk to the children first and refused to tell us what the allegations were.

Is this America or is this Nazi Germany or the Communist Soviet Union or Communist China?

How is any of this legal?

This is all against the Constitution and against our God-given rights of Life, Liberty, Property and Privacy.

You know when they refuse to tell you the allegations that they are hiding something. Because when you get arrested, you are supposed to be told what you're being arrested for. You can't just be arrested without being given any information as to why you're being arrested.

So same thing here, you can't just kidnap our little kids and not tell us what the false allegations are against us. That type of behavior is socialist, marxist, and communist. That type of non-transparent behavior is anti-freedom, anti-people, anti-families and pro-secret-societies behavior. You only keep things secretive and hide information in these types of situations if being transparent means your wrongful behavior will be exposed.

You only refuse to tell us the false allegations against us and insist that you instead need to talk to the children first when they (CPS / police) need to work on creating false evidence without the parents being present to witness their scheme and without us having an attorney present as well to witness their wrongful acts and conduct.

CPS makes a lot of money when they "legally" kidnap children. It's all about money and power and control over Christians and religious parents and families.

When corrupt CPS caseworker Annette Monson and Ephraim, Utah police were asked these basic questions by me, Annette Monson suddenly felt the need to pull out her phone and pretend to make an imaginary phone call (See video below). When you watch that video, you'll see her cell phone screen is completely blank.

These wicked people are pathetic.
