A Complaint Against Annette Monson (Utah CPS Caseworker)

Dear Angie Morrill,

Below is a summary of the key points of our initial complaint concerning CPS caseworker Annette Monson, cell phone number 435-340-1044:

1. Annette Monson did not give parents a reasonable opportunity to speak to her with an attorney present.

2. Annette Monson treats people who exercise their God-given, constitutional, 5th amendment right to decline to talk to her without an attorney present as if they are GUILTY until they are proven innocent. Everyone should be presumed innocent until proven guilty.

3. Annette Monson is not a good investigator as she fails to apply scrutiny to what is being told to her and fails to get the other side of the story.

4. Annette Monson enters homes without permission (trespassing).

5. Annette Monson thinks that if a parent does not say anything, she can walk into their home without permission. Annette Monson thinks she can trespass.

6. Annette Monson thinks she has permission to lie.

7. Annette Monson makes false statements on court petitions.

8. Annette Monson makes false statements in court.

9. Annette Monson makes false statements in CPS reports.

10. Annette Monson misrepresents the facts or makes assumptions or jumps to conclusions without the evidence to back up those assumptions or pre-mature conclusions.

11. Annette Monson is not careful with collateral information, accepts collateral information as factual without first attempting to verify if what is being told to her by third parties is actually true or not.

12. And Annette Monson lies together with Bud Powell who is commonly a Guardian ad Litem assigned to Annette Monson's cases. Bud Powell lies right to the court along with Annette. Bud Powell lied to the court and said a father said he considers step-children second class citizens. This was a completely fabricated statement Bud Powell made up which the father never said. Bud Powell also demonized parents for homeschooling when Bud Powell also homeschools his own family! Bud Powell and Annette Monson cover for each other and lie for each other. And the entire GAL office is corrupt since whenever you file a complaint they just investigate themselves and find themselves clear of any wrong doing. 13. The falsely-accused parents knew their rights and when Annette Monson showed up to their door demanding to talk to the children of the falsely-accused, these courageous parents exercised their God-given, 5th-amendment right to NOT speak to non-credible and proven liar, Annette Monson. And not to let non-credible and a proven liar Annette Monson speak to their children. The parents said "No Thanks" upon Annette Monson demanding to speak to and see the kids, and closed the door on her face. Despite CPS / Annette Monson falsely claiming she has authority to talk to your kids alone, that is FALSE. The LAW is one or both parents can be present when CPS wants to talk to kids, IF the parents even consent to CPS, which the parents have no obligation in doing so. When you consent to CPS, you are entering into a contract with them. Therefore, you should never give CPS an inch because the more people stand up to them, the sooner CPS won't try their tricks and deceptions anymore. CPS and Annette Monson have no real authority or power unless you give up your authority or your power to them by consenting your authority, as parents, and your power, as being a child of God, over to CPS. You have authority and power, not CPS. Satan has no real power unless you give up your power over to Satan by consenting it over.

Attorney General confirmed the LAW to Annette Monson and still she claimed a so-called "policy" should override the LAW, which is FALSE:
The Attorney General, Oliver Whaley, even confirmed to Annette Monson's face in front of Judge Brody Keisel, that the LAW is one or both parents can be present if CPS is allowed to talk to your children. CPS can NOT talk to your children alone, unless you consent to it. Do NOT consent without a search warrant or a court order. Despite being told the LAW to her face, Monson said to the judge, quote "well, that may be the law, but our policy is that we get to talk to the kids alone." unquote. So-called CPS "policy" and the law are two (2) different things. CPS acts like their so-called "policies" are laws when they are not. A made-up so-called "policy" does NOT Trump the LAW. Annette Monson constantly acts under the color of law by lying to people and making them think they must let CPS talk to their kids alone when the exact opposite is true. Do not be afraid to stand up to CPS / Annette Monson because God is on your side and the more we stand up to them, the sooner they will be abolished and be cast to hell.

Another tip when a CPS caseworker shows up at your door is to ask for their supervisor's name and contact information. Also ask the CPS caseworker what the allegations are against you, which CPS has to tell you by LAW. 

14. Annette Monson did NOT obey the request of the falsely-accused parents, when they asked Monson what the allegations were against them, which Annette Monson is required to do by law. So Annette Monson was upset the parents would not talk to her (which is their God-given Constitutional right) and not allow their kids to talk to her, especially because Annette Monson is NOT trustworthy and she is creepy. Yet when the parents ask Monson what the allegations are, Annette Monson won't talk to the parents and won't follow the law.

There is a reason why Brigham Young said hell will be full of doctors and lawyers.

Susan Manning Lied About Everything:

("Beware of Susan Manning: A Warning to Other Parents and Families")

As the above video pointed out, CPS Supervisor, Dave Stevens, called the falsely accused on the phone on June 10, 2023 and said that after conducting his investigation that the following was now clear:

1. Susan Manning "lied about everything." Dave Stevens said there wasn't even any half-truths mixed in with lies but that it was all lies. He said that "there wasn't even a sliver of truth."
2. CPS made mistakes.
3. Changes need to be made at CPS.
4. CPS caseworker Annette Monson got seduced by Susan Manning's lies.

And Dave Stevens said to the falsely accused that CPS / DCFS “definitely made mistakes” and that “changes are going to be made” and that the problem is not just CPS but it is systemic, meaning the police, lawyers, judges, district attorneys making mistakes and not doing what is right, that is the problem too.

Dave Stevens said these are the following changes that CPS / DCFS needs to make:

1. NO MORE TRESPASSING into people's homes.
(Annette Monson trespassed in our home)
2. CPS needs to review / verify evidence, NOT make anymore assumptions.
3. Be careful of collateral information from all sources.

CPS caseworker Annette Monson trespassed in our home.
Annette Monson made false statements on her CPS reports.
Annette Monson made assumptions and treated assumptions falsely as evidence. Monson even admitted on the phone twice that she "made assumptions" when the falsely accused called her in a 12 minute 14 second phone call to complain to her after their innocence was proven. And Monson also said she "imagined" false evidence that never existed but she hoped might exist.

Annette Monson responded to their complaint saying, "I GUESS I MADE ASSUMPTIONS". Followed by, "I IMAGINED" there might be evidence. ("I" is referring to herself, Annette Monson.)

So based off of Monson's "assumptions" and "imagination", she thought it was a good idea to make false statements ie: lie to the court in her petition, reports and testimony, lie to all involved, and go full-force after innocent parents, based on the easily provable lies of another, ie: Susan Manning, who also made assumptions and ran wild with her imagination as well.

Annette Monson failed to review / verify any actual EVIDENCE.
Annette Monson was NOT careful with collateral information from NON-CREDIBLE Susan Manning.

Annette Monson even testified under oath over a year later once the dust settled that Susan Manning was later discovered to NOT be credible after more evidence came out, such as text messages and other documentation. (WATCH ABOVE VIDEO for two clips of this under oath testimony.)

Other Concerning Behavior by Annette Monson:

1. In the above posted video ("Mini-Documentary: Corrupt CPS Caseworker Annette Monson, Groomer Susan Manning - Secrets and Lies Exposed") it was shown when the falsely accused started asking questions, Annette Monson conveniently felt the need to pull her phone out and act like she was making a phone call.

Another time when this same falsely-accused father was confronting Annette Monson by asking her more questions, Monson suddenly tried to change the subject by turning her head to his wife and asking her the following:

Annette Monson: "Weren't you vegan with all your other kids?"

Falsely Accused: "I'm not vegan."

Annette Monson: Responded by talking about some other vegan lady who Monson claimed CPS had to get a court order to force the vegan lady to stop breastfeeding her baby and get additional nutrition.

However, Annette Monson conveniently failed to mention that the vegan lady's breast milk was tested and found to be the most nutritious and the vegan lady won the court case!

The falsely-accused father did some research after Annette Monson made her false claims (ie: LIED once again), and found the exact court case involving the vegan mother and the issue of the breastmilk that Monson referenced. And he found out the rest of the story, as previously mentioned, that Annette Monson conveniently failed to disclose.

Annette Monson threatening these good parents: So again, just like in the above video when Annette Monson pretends to make a phone call when she is asked some questions, Monson again does something to try and avoid answering questions. Not only that but this time Annette Monson combined her change of subject with a threat to these good Christian parents of floating the possibility of her being able to get harassing court orders if these good parents were going to continue to challenge her and stand up to her. It's just plain evil.

2. On another occasion these same parents and their children were at a grocery store and were checking out with their groceries, when Annette Monson walked in through the grocery store side entrance.

The wife said to her husband, "Isn't that Annette Monson?" To which the husband looked and confirmed to his wife that "yes" it was her.

Then Annette Monson pulled her phone out and acted like she was talking on it. She then got a grocery cart and pushed her empty grocery cart clear to the other side of the store. Monson then turned around and came all the way back over to the last checkout stand where the same parents and family were still checking out. Annette Monson proceeded to stand off to the side with her grocery cart in front of her, which was still completely empty. Annette Monson just stood there facing the family at an angle and just stared at these parents and family the entire time as they finished checking out, which made this family feel extremely uncomfortable.

Did Annette Monson know ahead of time somehow that this family was at the grocery store?

Was Annette Monson stalking this family?

Was Annette Monson trying to harass or intimidate this family?

Very weird.

The falsely accused later called CPS Supervisor Dave Stevens on the phone and related to Dave, this weird experience.

3. Another time, the father said to Annette Monson, "Don't you know that people call CPS all the time and make false allegations to weaponize CPS against others?"

Annette Monson's response was, "Yes, but that only happens in divorce cases."

"Only happens in divorce?", was the reply by the father. Why would false accusations only be limited to divorce cases?

This shows Annette Monson has a bias for cases that do not involve a divorce. Monson's bias is that false accusations cannot be possible if it's not a divorce case.

And this is who has the power to literally destroy families based on her word alone.

4. On another occasion, the before mentioned falsely-accused father confronted Annette Monson about when she trespassed in their family home. CPS Supervisor Dave Stevens was also there on this occasion. Annette Monson then knowingly lied by pretending that she didn't remember trespassing when confronted about it by this father. Then simultaneously falsely claiming that it isn't trespassing for her to just walk into people's homes. Annette Monson falsely claimed that simply because she is a CPS caseworker, that she has false authority to just walk into people's homes.

As soon as Monson made this false claim, that it isn't trespassing for her to just walk into people's homes, the father instantly pushed back and said to her that she can never enter anyone's home without permission. He said quote, "Unless the homeowner invites you in to their home, you cannot enter someone's home. If you do, it is trespassing."

CPS Supervisor Dave Stevens then upon overhearing the conversation chimed in by stating that this father "is right" and reiterated that CPS caseworkers can not enter people's homes, unless they are invited in, or else it is trespassing.

The father also told Annette Monson that he couldn't believe that after 17 years, at this point, of Monson being a CPS caseworker she still doesn't know AFTER 17 YEARS that she cannot trespass?

Unbelievable!

Later that same day CPS Supervisor, Dave Stevens, found out that the falsely-accused father was NOT a convicted felon and not on probation or parole as he was previously told. Dave Stevens also then found out that this father had ZERO criminal history.

As shown in the above video ("Mini-Documentary: Corrupt CPS Caseworker Annette Monson, Groomer Susan Manning - Secrets and Lies Exposed"), the police / CPS lied to a judge falsely claiming that this father was a convicted felon on probation or parole.

Upon discovering this new information, Dave Stevens, who was visibly flabbergasted, said to the father, "You mean, you're NOT a convicted felon?!"

The father and his wife both responded in unison saying, "NO!"

Then the father asked Dave Stevens if someone had told Dave this false information of him being a convicted felon to which Dave Stevens replied confirming that, "yes", someone did tell Dave falsely, that this father was a convicted felon. 100% FALSE!

Later, Dave Stevens, related to this father upon meeting him this day, that this father was not at all acting as how he was previously portrayed to Dave Stevens.

Dave said he observed how the father talked, acted and carried himself and it was not at all anywhere close to the descriptions that he said he was given about how this father was going to act and how he was falsely portrayed to Dave Stevens.

So Dave said to the father that day, "I'm going to find out the TRUTH."

The father and his wife responded, saying, "GOOD!"

Dave Stevens then conducted his own investigation to which he concluded, as previously mentioned, that the false accuser, Susan Manning, "LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING."

And there's a lot more concerning behavior by Annette Monson. It gets worse. But we'll leave it here for now.

CPS Especially Attacks Christians and Christian or Religious Families:

CPS especially goes after Christians, religious families, families who homeschool, those who are critical of Big Pharma and the pharmaceutical-industrial complex, Constitutionalists, people who are critical of tyrannical gov't, and those who stand up for their God-given rights of Life, Liberty, Property and Privacy and generally cannot be controlled or refuse to go along with tyranny.

CPS (Child "Protective" Services) aka Child Predatory Services is an anti-Christian, anti-Parents, anti-Family, anti-Children, anti-Law, Unconstitutional Secret Combination that needs to be abolished.

Contrary to the false narrative that CPS spins, CPS actually enables real criminals and psychopaths to abuse, while going after good parents and families by terrorizing, harassing and gaslighting them.

The word destroys their satanic craft.

The word is the word of God and our testimonies, which is the word of God revealed to our hearts.
